What It Does
A group of water-soluble vitamins (B1, B2, B6, B12, niacin, folate) that power your pet's energy metabolism. They convert food into fuel, build red blood cells, and protect nerve function. B12 is especially critical for cats, who cannot store it well and deplete it in just 12 days.
What You’ll Notice
Pets with good B-vitamin levels are energetic and alert with a thick, glossy coat. Deficiency shows as lethargy, weight loss, a brittle or dull coat, poor appetite, or anxiety.
Sources & Notes
Meat, eggs, whole grains, organ meats. Cats with IBD often need B12 supplementation as absorption drops significantly.
