1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using Fudini ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
2. Description of Service
Fudini is a pet longevity platform that identifies pet breeds from photos, generates personalized health profiles, and provides nutrition recommendations, activity and sleep tracking, daily care tips, a social feed, and a photo diary.
3. Use of the App
You agree to use the App only for its intended purpose. You may not:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Upload content that is offensive, harmful, or infringes on others' rights
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's operation
4. AI-Generated Content
Breed identification, health profiles, food recommendations, and daily tips are generated by artificial intelligence and are provided for informational purposes only. They do not constitute veterinary advice. Always consult a qualified veterinarian for your pet's health and dietary needs.
5. Smart Collar
The Fudini Smart Collar is an optional accessory that tracks activity and sleep data. The collar provides health insights based on tracked data but does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any medical condition. Activity and sleep data should be used for informational purposes only.
6. User Content
You retain ownership of photos and content you upload. By posting content to the social feed, you grant Fudini a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the App and associated services (including Bluesky).
7. Account & Data
Fudini uses device-based authentication. Your account is tied to your device. If you lose access to your device, you may lose access to your data. You can request account deletion by emailing support@fudini.app.
8. Disclaimer of Warranties
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated content, including breed identification, food recommendations, or health insights. Fudini does not make any claims regarding pet lifespan or health outcomes.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Fudini shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App or Smart Collar.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

1. Information We Collect
Information you provide
- Pet photos you upload for breed analysis
- Pet health information you enter (health conditions, medications, activity level)
- Content you post to the social feed
- Photos you save to the diary
- Walk and sleep logs you enter manually
Information collected automatically
- Device identifier (for authentication)
- Push notification token (if you enable notifications)
- Activity and sleep data from the Smart Collar (if connected)
Information we do NOT collect
- Your name, email, or phone number (unless you contact support)
- Location data
- Contacts or call logs
- Browsing history
2. How We Use Your Information
- To identify your pet's breed and generate health profiles
- To provide personalized food recommendations and daily care tips
- To track activity and sleep patterns and generate health insights
- To display your posts on the social feed
- To send push notifications (daily tips, if enabled)
3. AI Processing
Pet photos are processed by Google's Gemini AI to identify breeds and generate recommendations. Photos are sent to Google's API for analysis and are not stored by Google beyond the processing request. We do not use your data to train AI models.
4. Data Sharing
We do not sell your data. Content you post to the social feed is published on our Bluesky PDS (Personal Data Server) and may be visible to other users. We may share data with:
- Google (Gemini AI) for photo analysis and content generation
- Expo (push notifications delivery)
5. Data Storage & Security
Your data is stored on secure servers hosted on Google Cloud Platform in the EU (europe-west1). Communication between the App and our servers is encrypted using TLS with mutual authentication (mTLS).
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of all your data by emailing support@fudini.app. We will delete your data within 30 days of receiving the request.
7. Children's Privacy
Fudini is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
8. Your Rights
You have the right to:
- Access your data (email us for a copy)
- Delete your data (account deletion request)
- Opt out of push notifications (in app settings or device settings)
